Humbug!
Bl
I changed the GA topic, not metlslime.

It would've been funny had it been metlslime.
LTH
That was the stupidest thing I've ever seen. It was also fun. There were moments when it brought my system to its knees, which is no small feat considering how old the game is and how brank spanking new the computer is.
LTH
Crazy swarm of nails. It was very fun and original.
I liked it :)
Yeah Those Bees
wtf....

i didn't hear any bee noises...

Yeah But What About Birds?
THE BIRDS! THE BIRDS!
I want to go throughout life jumping into fountains naked.
MadFox
Are you out there buddy? I just got back in, and I'm an hour late. I'm going to give your map another go at playing. I have done some corrections on your map file because there were a lot of z-fighting areas.

I wont be able to send you that until my e-mail client is fixed tommorrow, that is if you want it, but if you are there, pull up the old thread, I'm not sure which topic it is, and we'll talk about the map.

Scampie:

'I want to go throughout life jumping into fountains naked.'

That changes my every impression of you. I thought you were just scary evil, but actually you are fun evil.
Am I Mad Or Who Changed The Foxhole?
talk about anything here

the old thread -NewQ1 bsp- has not changed a moment, the start of this GA toppic fairly well
..
Just went to load up quake 2 and it returned the error msg to me.. Couldn't load pics/colourmap.pcx. Do you have any idea of how to fix this?
Colormap.pcx
[q]Just went to load up quake 2 and it returned the error msg to me.. Couldn't load pics/colourmap.pcx. Do you have any idea of how to fix this?[/q]

This has only been a bother to me when mapping , the simple fix that worked was to...

-open pak0.pak (Pakscape, PakExplorer)
-browse to the pics folder
-extract the colormap.pcx
-place it in a "pics" folder as such...

Quake2/baseq2/pics/colormap.pcx

That should solve your troubles.
Thanks But.
I seemed to have found the real problem, no pak files :) Ill have to dig out the cd from somewhere.
Blitz's Webby Has Just Opened

Xen
Get fucked you ape!! what do you know about gun control?
Gun Control, Apes,
there is only one comment that fits in between

"Get your hands off me, you God Damned dirt ape!"
SWG
Just got this game and a subscription and it brilliant. Even works fine for me on my 56kb modem altho I do recommend 1gb ram to smooth out alot of jolts in highly populated areas, other than that greatness! I recommend you try it.
I Played The FarCry Demo Yesterday
and it is pretty good as well. Nice assortment of weapons and decent monster AI. It looks like the full release will have some nice editing tools.

BTW, what does SWG stand for?
SWG
Star Wars Galaxies Massively Multiplayer Thingie Ma Bob
Chrono Trigger (SNES)
is being remade in the UT2003 engine http://www.chrono-trigger.com - I'd play it, if it's ever finished. Currently playing the SNES version.
Ridiculous
All that effort and talent could have gone into something creative. It's depressing.
Yeah
esspecially once Square/Enix gets wind of the project and sends a Cease and Desist.
