I've tried both links in 2 different browsers.
They both lead me to the same thing.
Maybe its a cache issue on my side.

However, if you block javascript the first link doesnt work right.
With javascript blocked, the link you supply still works. Interesting.

Without further research I'm just going to propose that when I started the post the current page was 22. By the time I finished a while later it had hit 109.
