Look, if Func_Msgboard has a contribution it is to critical thought ... I'm going to leave this as open-ended. Intentionally. What I am referring to something that would send a common-sense uber-conservative like Fribbles into a tirade.
But I'm tired of getting the "bad guy" sticker for these kinds of things ... bored people with too much time on their hands but easy access to keyboard always end up labeling me a jerk over these things.
So I leave this a mystery. But even "Scrappy-Doo and Friends" could solve this "caper" ...

~30fps with a Atom cpu/gpu. That is a netbook.
