So I don't really recognize many of those in your list. :)
I'm quite fond of Mr.Fribbles' Electric Fish Deathmatch maps (efdm#). There's a wide variety of environments available, and most of the maps look and play extremely good.
Forgot the url. It may be

Check out these collections. All three are pretty current, compared to your site:
http://www.planetquake.com/peek/ (q1dm through sept 2002)
http://www.planetquake.com/teamshambler/ (q1sp through nov 2001)
http://www.planetquake.com/underworld/ (q1sp 2002 to present)
To Clarify
As well as reviewing all new Q1SP map since nov 2002, my site has two collections of older Q1SP maps, both have download links to all maps listed.
[1] hall of fame [best maps from 96 to 2002]
http://www.planetquake.com/underworld/qclassics.html
[2] Q1SP recommended maps page [other good maps from 96 to 2002]

I Can See A Few Missing
Especially in the Quake 1 side, like Soul of Evil, Operation: Urth Majik, Swamp & Towne, The Ministry of Love and My Brain Died Yesterday. Apparently the same guy was involved in all of these... what was his handle, Fart Contractor? Dang. Can't 'member.
Oh, and for Q2, where's RPGSP1 eh?
Aha!

Are you looking just for DM maps or SP too? If SP, then go to Ten Four, they've got this Gold/Silver award thing for the better levels. And I think they have every Q2SP map they can find reviewed.

You could check out PlanetQuake's Level of the Week; although most (but not all) of those maps are reviewed elsewhere.

Aside from my own maps (RPGSP1.bsp and Could.bsp) I would recommend GMSP3 - Day of the Lords, and Vondur's Nostrand. You can read the PQ LotW review for GMSP3 here:

SBE.zip Scragbait's Estate.
Did anyone mention Zerstor and Nehahra and the Nehahra Expansion pack?
Go to Tim Elek's Tertiary Concepts site and load up and his fine works. Go to Eternal Hell too. [Kona]'s maps are great and he has lots of SPQ1 and some SPQ2 of his own. He also has scored reviews. You were already directed to TeamShambler - it has lots of good stuff.
I have a personal collection of almost 700 SPQ1 maps and conversions.

"So I don't really recognize many of those in your list. :)"
You're looking at the first wave of mappers there who were creating levels pretty much within the first year or so of Quake's release.
Lots of those guys are working in the game industry now:
Steve Rescoe - id
Iikka Keranen - Valve
Matthias Worch - Factor 5
Benson Russell - Iom Storm
Dario Casali - Valve
Matt Hooper - id
Brandon James - Nerve
Bobby Pavlock - 3D Realms
Lee Perry - Legend
Thanks Again!

Working through the links, checking out Glassman's maps and the rest. Good stuff. Ty, all!
Error. I think Lee Perry actually works at Epic.

He has mapped for these games:
Wheel of Time
Heretic 2
There may be others as well but he made some great maps for Quake and Unreal.

His Quake level Retinal Tear is pretty good.
Thanks
