Bambuz
@Bambuz: Have a nice time traveling Bambuz, if you need a place to crash in Stockholm, just email ahead of time and we'll trade numbers :D
@Rest: Concerning Raven girls - I think I only have one or two I'd hit it with, #3 and &6. Maybe #4 if I really needed to.
#2 has bad hair and #5 looks like a female version of Carmack, if any of you girls happen to read this, abandon hope in Sweden and in men in general, and hate idiots like me. I'm way too superficial when it comes to women, way.

We need to hear which one of these fine ladies Lun is trying to hit it off with!
Hmm
#8372 posted by HeadThump on 2005/07/27 21:35:37
Or the other possibilaty, is Lun is still going through orientation this Summer and management is now at the stage where they are playing the classic corporate game of, 'Can We Spot the Passive/Agressive Honky Before The Permanent Hire.'
One well placed, 'Goddamnit! I hate it when men belittle women in the work place' might be enough to fake 'em out.
Of course, Lun's motives may be pure as the driven snow, and we are first rate bastards for questioning them.

Scampie, obviously!
(someone had to say it)
Meh

I said "trying"
Everyone knows Lun wouldn't have to put in any effort to have Scampie jump in his bed.

I Can't Believe I'm Still Talking About This

Besides the fact that attempting to "dip the pen in the company ink" is just a flat out stupid idea, the ones that aren't married are engaged.
Of course, Lun's motives may be pure as the driven snow
And don't ever suspect otherwise.
Lol

they obviously read func_ on a regular basis and Lun doesn't want to get totally busted ;)
Sorry
#8379 posted by HeadThump on 2005/07/28 16:31:54
I mistook you for human, where dipping the pen in the company ink, having affairs with unsatisfied married women and giving that engaged coworker that one last go around are the norm.
It's those that keep their Ids bottled up that I truly worry about.
I Thought Lun And Scampie Were Gonna Stop Posting On Func

This is a tutorial I wrote for a wallpaper submission for PlanetQuake's contest. The techniques can apply to HUD or texture or webdesign - enjoy:

Nice work, and very well explained ! And as ADM comments (on 3drealms forum), IMHO, you should refine at least the starfield which to too flat (not enough start density changes).. Nevertheless, you did an real good work: it will be impossible for me to do the same.. (due to my lack of experience with photoshop tool)..
Keep it up !
Yeah

I hadn't seen starfields like Greg Martin's in a long time. I'm familiar with his work. I thought I wrote it rather vaguely or not concisely enough though... but maybe it'll help anyway.

Well, for "uneducated" people like me (at least concerning photoshop use), I think it's rather precise... but maybe photoshop pro users would shout stating it was too vague... In anyway it's well done ;)
Pretty Good Tutorial Phait

those guides by Greg Martin are amazing though. I used one of his wallpapers for a while, but I never knew he wrote any walkthroughs. That Planet one in particular is stunning, I'll have to use that sometime.
