Yep, Bastion was my first map for any game. I followed it up a few months later with The Marcher Fortress. I have since become a professional mapper, although I have been tinkering away on a Doom3 map in my spare time for a few months now.

Kinn, again I am in awe of your mapping skills. This level is a masterpiece...and your first?
Phenominal architecture and ferocious gameplay. Please if you find yourself with time on your hands (he he) give us more. I've still yet to beat your level but continue on...alas I'm a pretty lame Q1sp player.

Appreciate the link, but I actually discovered Marcher first, which totally blew me away...best Q1 level ever imho. This one is not too far behind.
