Ages ago I made a 'realism' mod called Black Ops. I've finally gotten around to uploading it again in a single zip file, so here it is (evileplanet):

Yeah, and I found out what was causing that crash too. I tried sending you a message with a fixed-up progs, but it got bounced.

I've still got some stuff to reskin and I've removed that stuck ogre.

I don't know what's wrong with FTP or email. I haven't been able to FTP to anything, and I got not only a test message I sent myself, but a spam as well. 

Oops. My mailbox was probably full. It should work now. Sorry about that. 

I just found out that I had the servername wrong. Final Ontranto beta going up now. Emails forthcoming. Shows what happens when you skim tech announcements.

DL'ed it. Dont bother if you dont have 3DSM 5.1. Unless you just want to poke around the tutorials that is. 

It appears that the old ftp.planetetc. has been deprecated in favour of hosting.gamespy.com. It's written up on Gamespy's intranet.

Thats what the included tutorials say. Thats all I went on. I only mentioned it to save people some bandwidth if they thought that the package included and editor. You would have thought they would have made a gmax port for it.

In testing Ontranto, my testers and I have noticed that sometimes textures (and, occasionally, model skins) get replaced by the skybox under FitzQuake 0.75. Any idea what might be causing that? 

Not sure, but if you're willing to hook me up with a copy of the ontranto beta, i can try to reproduce the problem.
